Bankruptcy and Repos hit your score harder than any other item on your report. Bankruptcy is the most damaging as every account in the bankruptcy takes a tremendous toll on your score. Upon discharge (6 months), we get to work restoring your FICO. Evictions don't report on your credit but still cause instability and fear.
